These are an ideal length to penetrate skin cells and sebaceous glands, offering benefits for skin texture and tone, smoothing fine wrinkles, promoting collagen production, and generally, red light rejuvenation works for the appearance of skin. Red light therapy uses red low-level wavelengths of light to treat skin issues, such as wrinkles, scars, and persistent wounds, among other conditions.

  • Near-infrared light (NIR) wavelengths are longer than red light wavelengths, and measure between 700 nm and 1,100 nm. They penetrate deeper into the tissue to deliver energy to the body’s cells and can pass through bone to assist with healing deep wounds, muscle aches, nerve injury or joint pain.

muscle stim & tens unit

  • Electrostimulation can be a very effective way to help make your muscles work: with significant improvement of different muscular qualities without cardiovascular or mental fatigue with limited stress on the joints and tendons.

  • TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) helps provide pain relief in two ways.  One is the gate control mechanism.  When the body is injured, both pain and non pain impulses are sent to the brain from the nervous system.  The pulses travel through nerves in our skin to deeper nerves, and then to the spinal cord and brain.  The other mechanism of pain control is endorphin release.  The TENS device can trigger the body's natural pain killers, called endorphins.  These chemicals interact with receptors blocking the perception of pain.

cold plunge pool

  • Cold plunging has many benefits.  Submerge your body in 39-55 degree water for 1-5 minutes at least 1-3 times per week for best results.

  • PAIN RELIEF - The boost in norepinephrine you'll get from consistent ice baths has been shown to be up to 5x. This neurotransmitter can dramatically reduce inflammation and help with chronic pain.

  • BOOSTED MOOD - Researchers have known for a while that it connects to our daily energy. In particular, there is lots of evidence that hormone imbalance can contribute to depression, meaning that a cold plunge might help to reduce depression and improve overall mood! Don't take our word for it though, just ask anyone who has ever plunged!

  • STRESS RELIEF - Cold water therapy has been shown to be an effective supplemental treatment for stress relief by decreasing the stress hormone cortisol. A study found that regular cold showers and ice baths helped reduce anxiety and improve the mood of participants.

  • BETTER SLEEP - When you dip into the Plunge, your body triggers the autonomic nervous system. This system is a network of vessels and nerves, split into two parts that control your response to stress. When you begin to control your response to stress, you’ll likely find that you begin to control your relaxation and sleep.

  • OPUS is like a home gym for your heart.  SoundBed uses vibroacoustic technology to deliver low frequency vibrations throughout your body that quickly release you out of stress response and into a place of deep relaxation and receptivity
